The success of our prestigious products is due to a rigorous selection of raw materials accomplishing the highest quality standards, in heritage tradition, and increasing investments for the continuous improvement of the production process of our hams and cold cuts and meats (charcuterie).

PERFECT WEATHER… FOR THE PERFECT HAM

Our premises located at Sierra Nevada’s hillsides, benefit from the perfect weather conditions for the ham curing process, with a long, cold and dry winter, and a short and low humidity summer. These are exceptional climatic features for the microorganism growth, necessary for the ham curing. Due to our location and climate conditions, our hams do not need to stay under salt as long as those in other Spanish regions, resulting in a sweeter taste of our hams.
